Junior Theatre Festival is back in 2020!
23 - 24 October, Bruce Mason Centre, Auckland, New Zealand
Did you take part in a Broadway JR. production this year? Well this is your chance to bring it to the Celebration and spend a weekend doing what you love - MUSICAL THEATRE
Each participating group will present a 10 minute extract from your Broadway Jr or KIDS show for adjudication and then enjoy the workshops and festival events.
This year the event starts on the Friday lunchtime with Professional development for the teachers and technical workshops for students followed by our opening and showings from the JTNZ Pilot Programme.
Then Saturday is a day filled with:
- Adjudications
- Workshops for directors, teachers and students
- Professional development opportunities
- Special industry guests
- A final Showcase celebration including
- Awards
- An AllStars performance
- Local and National Guest Artists
