The Phantom Of The Opera
Civic Theatre, Auckland, February 2016
In February 2016 the Amici Trust in collaboration with Amici Productions staged one of Musical Theatre’s most loved shows, The Phantom of the Opera at the Civic Theatre in Auckland.
The cast of 49 along with 80 plus volunteers brought to the Auckland region a pro-am production of 22 performances that were enjoyed by over 31,000 people. This Production was one which the Trust was very proud to be involved with not only because of its high standards in all facets, but because it provided an opportunity for the people of Auckland to see quality theatre at an affordable price; a concept which Auckland proved is readily embraced.
